Roof Trusses |
Flooring Systems |
Light Gauge Steel Trusses are made from high tensile galvanized steel cold formed into 63mm profiles. The trusses are assembled in the factory of manufacture or it can be assembled on site. The manufacture and cut profiles are bundled or flat packed for easy transportation and assembly. Light Gauge Steel sections are also used for purlins, tile battens and ceiling brandering. Light Gauge Steel Trusses can have a roof pitch between 0° and 36°.

Light Gauge steel Floor systems are cost effective due to quality engineering and effective use lightweight high grade steel. These floor systems are flat packed for limited transport space. |
Advantages
• Light Gauge Steel Trusses and Floor systems are low in weight which eases handling and erection. A 10m meter truss weighs ±50kg, 30% less than a timber truss.
• The Light Gauge Steel items are cold formed which ensures no warping or distorting.
• Light Gauge Steel Trusses are manufactured and assembled accurately and purlins, brandering and battens are straight and true.
• Resist termites, fungi, borers and rodents, mold and mildew.
• The transport costs are radically reduced because of the light weight of the material and being able to flatpack the items.
• 70% of the steel waste is recycled or reused.
• All Steel Trusses and flooring systems are certified by an engineer.
• Light Gauge Steel Trusses are cost effective and environmentally friendly.
